Hi, I'm Po Yen.
I turn high-trust product journeys into measurable business outcomes.
I'm a Product Manager with 6+ years across product management and product design, specializing in complex user journeys where trust, clarity, and execution directly affect activation, migration, and transaction growth.

How I Move Work Forward
I own a feature end to end — from a written problem to shipping on iOS and Android.
- Write clear specs
- I write PRDs that define the problem, user stories, product requirements, edge cases, success metrics, and launch plans — so the team has a shared understanding of what we are building and why.
- Align design and engineering
- I work closely with designers and engineers to review flows, discuss feasibility, clarify front-end and back-end responsibilities, and refine product specs as implementation details become clearer.
- Keep the roadmap moving
- I help translate product direction into sprint plans, spec-final dates, development timelines, release scope, and backlog priorities, making sure the team stays focused on the most important work.
- Follow through to release
- As features move toward launch, I track bugs with QA and engineering, coordinate fixes, prepare release notes, align stakeholders on release timelines, and help manage iOS and Android app submissions.
